Application: 4,4'-Dithiodimorpholine(CAS: 103-34-4) is used as sulphidizing agent and accelerating agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. DTDM can decompose active sulfur with the assay of 27%. It can be used safely and happen no coke even it is working with high abrasion furnace black. Because slow curing speed, DTDM is mainly working with accelerant such as thiazole type, thiram type and dithiocarbamate, etc. You can add sulfur to it obtain good performance. DTDM in Salicylic acid type can decompose this product and speed the curing rate, but decrease the physical performance. No frost, color change, pollution and easy to disperse. It is suitable for tire, thick products, cable, wire, heat-resisting product and thin products, particularly applicable to butyl rubber, with good resistance to heat, age and distortion. sulphur donor vulcanizing agent for efficient vulcanization and semi-efficient vulcanization cure system; provide heat/reversion/aging resistance in NR and synthetic rubbers; non-blooming; excellent storage safety.
